Meet the Founder
I wear many hats—mother, wellness coach, trainer, nutritionist, leader—but my favorite hat to wear is guide. Always has been.
Over the years, I’ve worked one-on-one with women in all stages of life—supporting their health goals, decoding their skincare questions, and helping them rebuild their relationship with movement, nourishment, and self-trust. But I wanted to reach more women than I could see in a day.
I created Health & Beauty to meet the women I couldn’t meet in person—the ones behind the screen who were looking for something real, intelligent, and grounded. This platform is my way of showing up for you—with credible advice, lived experience, and wellness tools that actually fit into real life.
